Radiation Safety
The objective of the Radiation Safety Course is to ensure the safe and knowledgeable handling of radiation hazards in the teaching and research environment. In conjunction with theory, this course will also offer a practical hands-on approach to working with radiation. After completion of the course, participants will write a comprehensive exam. All faculty, students and staff intending to use radioactive materials in their research must achieve an 80% pass in the Radiation Safety Course.
